Experience with Aderant Expert Financial Management System and DocuDraft is required; Aderant design and development experience is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills for production issues and data validation.
Experience in QA testing for financial applications, integrations, and reports.
Ability to lead projects, coordinate workstreams, and work with limited supervision.
Finance and accounting knowledge with handling large data sets.

Responsibilities

Lead development, enhancements, and maintenance of Aderant Expert customizations and SSRS reports.
Maintain knowledge of Classic Aderant forms to support legacy functionality.
Lead monthly/year-end close activities with cross-team coordination.
Document month-end close processes and data build workflows.
Plan and lead Aderant version upgrades following Sierra migration.
Troubleshoot and support third-party time entry systems interfacing with Aderant.
Collaborate on integrations with Aderant and related financial systems.
Ensure compliance with security, risk, IT, and finance internal controls.
Analyze workflows for automation and create custom reports for finance.
Define SOW tasks with Aderant and related financial objects.
