Job summary

Kahana Feld seeks a Financial Systems Specialist to administer and optimize the firm’s Aderant financial systems, enhancing workflows and delivering reporting solutions. You will work closely with Accounting, Legal Operations, and Data Analytics to maintain integrations and support user needs.

The role requires at least 2 years of Aderant experience, proficiency with Design Studio and SSRS, and strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Aderant financial systems, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience with Aderant Design Studio, including system configuration, automation, customization, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, controls, processes, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts, business requirements, and system issues effectively to end users, management, and key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system-related issues efficiently.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Aderant financial management systems and related applications.
• Provide technical support for Aderant Expert and integrated financial systems.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize Aderant functionality and third-party software.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and analytical tools.
• Coordinate with Aderant support and vendors and manage tickets.
• Configure enhancements, automations, and new functionality with QA/testing.
