Job summary

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York is seeking a Senior Financial Applications Analyst to administer, support, and enhance the Firm’s financial systems, focusing on the Aderant environment. You will serve as a technical liaison to Finance, coordinating system improvements and adopting best practices across the platform.

The role requires strong enterprise administration, scripting knowledge, and the ability to work quickly in a deadline-driven setting while collaborating

Qualifications

• Five (5) years minimum experience supporting financial systems.
• Experience with Aderant Expert Suite strongly preferred.
• Ability to create clear technical and end-user documentation.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Financial Systems platforms, including on-prem and cloud-based apps.
• Coordinate with Finance and IS teams to meet operational requirements.
• Serve as primary technical contact for Finance users and vendors.
• Develop documentation related to Financial Systems technologies and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and workflow optimization.
