Job summary

Considine Search is seeking a Senior Financial Applications Analyst in New York to administer, support, and enhance the Firm’s financial systems, with primary focus on the Aderant environment. You will serve as a liaison to Finance, coordinating improvements, new technologies, and best practices to strengthen the firm’s financial systems platform.

The role requires five years' experience in financial systems, strong enterprise administration, and ability to document processes clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting financial systems.
• Experience with the Aderant Expert Suite.
• Strong enterprise system administration skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools to troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Financial Systems platforms (on‑premises and cloud).
• Coordinate Finance-driven initiatives and IS resources for delivery.
• Serve as primary technical contact for Finance users and vendors.
• Ensure Financial Systems supports Finance operations and firm requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance and IS teams on processes and dependencies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through system enhancements and automation.
• Maintain knowledge of platform capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Respond to help desk tickets and operational support needs.
• Develop and maintain technical and end-user documentation.
