Job summary

Kahana Feld LLP is seeking a Financial Systems Specialist to manage Aderant and related financial software, partnering with Accounting, Legal Operations, and Data Analytics to optimize workflows and deliver reporting. You will design dashboards, maintain integrations, and ensure data integrity, supporting day-to-day operations in a hybrid work environment.

This role requires at least 2 years in Aderant and strong communication skills to translate technical details into actionable business

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supporting Aderant financial systems, preferably within a law firm.
• Experience with Aderant Design Studio, including configuration, automation, customization, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, controls, processes, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to end users, management, and key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the firm's Aderant financial management system and related financial applications.
• Provide technical support for Aderant Expert and integrated financial systems, including Expert Billing & Collections, iTimekeep Time Entry, Paperless Pre-Bills, and SSRS reporting solutions.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize Aderant functionality and third-party software solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, tiles, reports, and other analytical tools to improve insights.
• Monitor and maintain system updates, maintenance schedules, backups, and recovery processes.
