Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Travel and/or relocation may be required for this position
• Experience with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key Excel functions is preferred
• Effective communication (oral and written), organization and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with ability to recognize discrepancies
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Help manage costs, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, HR, and compliance for projects
• Assist with month-end close out and financial reporting packages for project management
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities across cost components
• Collaborate with Operations to maintain internal controls and timely billing
• Learn and apply cost and revenue recognition principles to projects
