Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree.
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the country.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Travel and/or relocation may be required for this position (up to 50%).
• Experience with Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and other Excel functions is preferred.
• Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for continuous improvement.
• Must be able to freely access all parts of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll, HR processes, and timekeeping workflows on project teams.
• Assist with cost control, accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting.
• Learn and apply cost and revenue components for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
• Contribute to the month-end close and preparation of project financial reporting packages.
• Ensure purchasing and internal controls are followed and respected.
• Support intercompany and client billing processes and cash management.
