Job summary

Kiewit Corporation is seeking a Finance Analyst Intern to support accounting and finance activities on high-value projects. This role involves cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and compliance, contributing to month-end close and financial reporting for project management.

Based in the Southeast District with opportunities to relocate for project needs, the internship emphasizes hands-on experience across labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts within a large construction

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
Relocation flexibility to anywhere in the United States.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
Willingness to travel up to 50% for project assignments.

Responsibilities

Assist in cost control, payroll, AP/AR, and revenue reporting for a project.
Support month-end close and prepare a financial reporting package.
Learn cost and revenue components across labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
Collaborate with Operations teams and ensure internal controls.
Communicate clearly with project management and stakeholders.
