Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the country.
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge.
• Experience with Pivot Tables and V-lookup is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understands payroll and HR processes and uses related systems.
• Maintains purchasing workflow and internal controls for invoices.
• Assists with accounts payable/receivable workflow and vendor issues.
• Supports intercompany and client billing workflows and timely documentation.
• Reviews costs and budget reports for accurate management reporting.
• Tracks forecast and budget issues with cost reports for proper recognition.
• Provides high-quality customer service and collaborative team support.
• Keeps organized work environment and communicates effectively.
