Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Transformation & AI Enablement in the United States. You will lead enterprise transformation programs and accelerate responsible AI adoption across business operations, collaborating with senior leaders to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.

You will identify AI opportunities, build roadmaps, and drive cross-functional initiatives while establishing governance and accountability to deliver business value in a fast-paced financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Technology, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of enterprise transformation, strategy execution, portfolio or program leadership, or related field.
• Strong executive communication, relationship management, and stakeholder influence abilities.
• Experience leading organizational change and cross-functional collaboration in matrixed environments.
• Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies, with governance for responsible enterprise use.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation programs and drive AI-enabled initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with senior Business and Technology leaders to define roadmaps, ownership, milestones, and success metrics.
• Establish governance, portfolio alignment, and execution cadences to improve transparency and accountability.
• Build cross-functional teams and manage change to ensure adoption across departments and functions.
• Develop business cases and executive recommendations for strategic investments in AI and automation.
