Micron Technology, Inc. is expanding its AI organization within the Technology and Product Group (TPG) to drive responsible AI adoption and deliver measurable business value. The role leads the AI portfolio, aligning investments with business outcomes and building executive dashboards across cross-functional teams.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree and 10+ years in strategic/program management, with experience in AI-enabled transformation and executive communication in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in strategic or technical program management.
• Experience leading multi-year transformation programs across groups.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled transformation and organizational capability building.
• Outstanding executive communication in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the TPG AI portfolio with priorities and governance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align AI investments with outcomes.
• Develop executive reporting and value realization frameworks.
• Coordinate with Finance and Business Operations on planning.
• Build and lead a high-performing program management function with governance.
