Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking an Associate Finance Director for FP&A/Commercial Finance, Capability & Technology, based in Chicago.

You will lead the Finance AI Leads across globe and own end-to-end pillar roadmap, governance, and technology strategy, shaping how financial planning informs commercial decisions. You will directly manage a distributed team in Chicago, Amsterdam, and Mexico, collaborate with BU CFOs, ensure data integrity and SOX defensibility, and drive adoption of AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or finance analytics in a large CPG company.
• Experience leading senior teams across time zones and multiple geographies.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, SQL, and Python; review team outputs technically.
• Experience building or overseeing AI agents or automation in a SOX environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance Capability & Technology, FP&A/Commercial pillar end-to-end — roadmap, delivery, operating model, governance.
• Lead and develop three Finance AI Leads and two Managers across Chicago, Amsterdam, and Mexico.
• Shape Snowflake Cortex agent architecture and set technical/analytical standards.
• Serve as primary interface for CFO organization and BU CFOs; translate problems into AI-ready solutions.
• Own pillar roadmap, sequence use cases, and balance demand with capacity.
• Coordinate with Finance AI Architecture to reuse shared infrastructure and models.
• Ensure data integrity, auditability, and SOX defensibility across outputs.
• Drive adoption through change management and measurable uptake.
