Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - Procurement in Chicago to support monthly rituals and strategic planning for NA Procurement. You will drive end-to-end finance processes, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and prepare executive-level presentations to drive efficiency and clarity in performance.

You will analyze actuals, forecasts, and savings initiatives, while partnering with Procurement Finance, controllership, and business leaders to deliver insights and actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A finance experience.
• Strong technical orientation with data analytics and systems (SAP, PowerBI, Office 365).
• Analytical thinking with experience handling large data sets.
• Expert-level Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI skills.
• Strong business acumen and communication/negotiation abilities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter who works under pressure and manages multiple priorities.
• Team player with collaborative mindset and leadership influence.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end finance support to Procurement function.
• Lead month close and forecast cadences with cross-functional inputs.
• Support monthly actuals, forecast and MPR routines for Procurement FP&A.
• Roll up detailed plans and present to leadership.
• Coordinate monthly forecast process with Procurement Finance.
• Monitor savings initiatives and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support ad hoc requests to present clear messages to leadership.
• Track contractual events (rebates, obligations, penalties).
• Manage strategic projects with local/global teams.
