Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Finance Director, Category Finance, to lead financial analysis and performance as a trusted business partner across the BU. You will own budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes, driving insights to close gaps and support enterprise initiatives from the BU to the executive level.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, leadership capability, and extensive experience in FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business required.
• Minimum 7 years relevant work experience; preferably in category, corporate FP&A, and/or BU finance experience.
• Strong analytical skills and broad business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excel technical skills along with systems agility.
• Ability to multitask and make key decisions.
• Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Possesses the ability to lead teams and effectively work through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for financial analysis and performance as trusted business partner.
• Manage the budget process and monthly routines for the BU and strategic planning.
• Drive BU planning and forecasting processes including monthly Kraft Heinz IBP, major forecasts, Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan.
• Provide linkage to enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives and leverage best practices to improve, streamline and harmonize internal processes.
• Support US Zone-wide initiatives (e.g. M&A).
• Analytical ownership on business results and achieving financial targets.
• Strategic planning, modeling, analytics and preparation of management summaries/presentations.
• End-to-end P&L management including supporting to enable effective decision making.
