Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking an Associate Finance Director for FP&A/Commercial Finance. You will lead the AI-enabled finance capability, oversee three Finance AI Leads, two Managers, and a globally distributed GCC team to shape roadmaps and delivery across FP&A and Commercial domains.

You will own architecture, data integrity, SOX defensibility, and adoption across global teams, reporting to senior CFO-level stakeholders. Location: Chicago/Aon Center.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A or finance analytics experience in a large CPG or consumer goods company.
• Experience leading teams across multiple geographies and functions.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, SQL and Python; able to review team output.
• Experience building or overseeing AI agents and automation pipelines in a SOX-regulated environment.
• Fluency with SAP/S4 data structures and end-to-end FP&A/data flows.
• Ability to own a multi-domain roadmap and manage priorities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance Capability & Technology, FP&A/Commercial pillar roadmap, delivery, operating model, governance across FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Sales Finance intelligence domains.
• Lead and develop three Finance AI Leads and two Managers across Chicago, Amsterdam, and Mexico GCC; set priorities, reviews, and output quality.
• Hands-on design and build — shape the Snowflake Cortex agent architecture and set technical standards for Leads.
• Serve as primary interface for the CFO organization, BU CFOs, and Commercial Finance leadership; translate business problems into AI-ready solutions.
• Own the pillar roadmap — sequence use cases across FP&A, Commercial Intelligence, and Sales Finance; balance delivery vs demand.
• Coordinate with Finance AI Architecture to share infrastructure and avoid siloed builds.
• Ensure data integrity, auditability and SOX defensibility across FP&A and Commercial outputs.
• Drive adoption across FP&A and Commercial Finance teams globally with measurable uptake.
