Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Associate Director of Advanced Analytics for Growth & Manufacturing in Chicago. You will define and execute the analytics roadmap, leading AI/ML and BI initiatives to boost marketing effectiveness, R&D forecasting, and manufacturing performance.

You will build and mentor a high-performing analytics team, partner with Marketing, R&D, and Operations to deploy predictive models, optimize OEE, and enable data-driven decision making across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, data science, applied math, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years in analytics or data science and 3+ years in people management.
• Experience leading analytics in marketing, R&D, and manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the advanced analytics roadmap aligned to the AI/digital strategy.
• Lead a team of analysts and data scientists, fostering agile delivery.
• Partner with Marketing, R&D, and Manufacturing to deploy MMM, predictive models, and OEE optimization.
