Job summary

International Motors USA in Lisle, Illinois, invites high-potential graduates to join the FALD Program, a three-year rotational track across Accounting, Finance and Operations including Manufacturing, Corporate Finance, Purchasing & Logistics, Product Development, Service Parts and Sales & Distribution. Rotations may occur at International facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama or elsewhere in the US.

The program has two start dates each year, January and June/July, offering hands-on projects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments
• Proven teamwork, collaboration and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations in various finance and accounting functions across our company
• Work on meaningful projects and initiatives that impact our business performance and strategy
