Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company offers the Finance & Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALDP), a three-year rotation designed to develop future finance and accounting leaders. Participants experience Accounting/Controllership, Audit, and Finance rotations across multiple enterprise groups and learn to apply AI tools while pursuing CPA eligibility.

Eligible candidates will complete program milestones, participate in mentoring and networking, and may travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or greater preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or a related business field.
• At least one year of finance, accounting, or related industry experience (may include one or more internship experiences).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across Accounting/Controllership, Audit, and Finance.
• Gain experience in FP&A, financial reporting and modeling.
• Apply AI tools and maintain data quality in analyses.
• Engage in mentoring, networking, and project leadership within the program.
