Job summary

Travelers is offering the Finance & Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALDP), a three-year rotation for aspiring finance professionals. Participants build expertise in accounting, controllership, auditing, FP&A, and financial reporting while leveraging AI tools and mentorship to grow leadership skills.

Ideal candidates have a GPA of 3.4 or higher and a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance, with at least one year of related experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or related business field.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• FALDP provides rotations across Accounting/Controllership, Audit, and Finance across multiple enterprise groups.
• Gain experience in accounting and controllership, auditing and internal controls, FP&A, and financial reporting and modeling.
• Use analytical and AI tools to evaluate outputs and participate in mentoring, networking, and project leadership.
