Job summary

Polaris Inc. invites candidates to join its Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a three-year rotation, learning program in the Finance department. You will tackle challenging assignments in FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and more, with mentorship from senior leaders and broad exposure to Polaris’ finance ecosystem.

The program includes locations such as Plymouth, MN; Medina, MN; Huntsville, AL; Elkhart, IN; and Wyoming, MN, with a path to a full-time finance role upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with a Graduation date between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between sites for rotations, and be mobile beyond the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-year Finance Leadership Development Program with three rotations per year.
• Transition into a full-time Finance-related role after program completion based on business needs.
• Engage with mentors and leadership to develop leadership and financial skills.
