Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (or pursuing) with specialization in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
• Master’s Degree or in process is acceptable for some tracks.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations in finance/accounting functions across the company.
• Work on meaningful projects impacting business performance and strategy.
• Learn from senior leaders and experts in finance/accounting.
• Gain cross-functional experience to enhance professional growth.
• Potential to lead cross-functional project teams.
• Develop technical, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Network with other FALD participants and alumni.
