Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Sophomore standing or higher at time of application.
• Available for at least 12 weeks (late May/early June through August).
• Previous internships in related fields are a plus.
• Self-starter with strong follow-through and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis by gathering data, preparing reports, and identifying trends.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting with data collection and analysis.
• Participate in preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records including journal and transaction entries.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Support internal and external audit preparations with documentation.
• Understand compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations to inform financial decisions.
• Build relationships with interns and professionals to learn career paths.
• Work with financial software and participate in training sessions.
• Contribute to special finance projects to broaden experience.
