Job summary

GALLO is launching a structured, rotational Finance and Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALDP) for highly motivated students entering the workforce. You will gain broad exposure across Finance, Accounting, and Internal Audit to accelerate your career.

As a participant, you will rotate through assignments, assist in preparing financial statements, support close activities, forecasts, and budgets, and develop leadership capabilities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics and will receive degree by June 2027; OR pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting (MSA/MAcc) or Finance (MSF) and will receive degree by June 2027.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Required to be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through meaningful assignments within Finance, Accounting, or Internal Audit career tracks.
• Contribute to preparing and analyzing financial statements, supporting monthly accounting close activities, developing forecasts and budgets.
• Evaluate business opportunities and drive operational improvements.
• Gain exposure to internal controls, audit activities, and cross-functional partnerships that shape strategic decision-making.
• Work in a dynamic environment and demonstrate initiative, accountability, and innovative thinking.
