Job summary

Allegion is launching a Finance and Accounting Leadership Program in Carmel, IN. This three-year rotational program develops finance leaders through hands-on rotations in cost accounting, FP&A, tax, investor relations, and treasury.

You will build relationships across the organization, learn from finance leaders, and travel up to 25% while relocating as needed. Bachelor's or Master's in Finance/Accounting required, with 3.0 GPA and graduation by May 2027, plus internship experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance/Accounting required, with graduation by May 2027 or earlier.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative through clubs, sports, or projects.
• Relevant internship experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to learn industry software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; travel up to 25% and geographic mobility.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations in Allegion’s finance and accounting functions.
• Lead and participate on projects such as plant cost accounting, audits, FP&A, tax, investor relations, and treasury.
• Develop understanding of the organizational structure and build cross‑functional relationships.
• Network with professionals across the organization to enhance teamwork and problem solving.
• Maintain awareness of company policies and ensure compliance.
