Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• At least one year of finance or accounting experience, including internships.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Cumulative GPA 3.4+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive, three-year rotational program across Accounting/Controllership, Audit, and Finance.
• Participate in rotations across enterprise groups including Claim, Corporate, Technology, Operations, and other business units.
• Gain experience in accounting, controllership, FP&A, financial reporting, and modeling.
• Use AI tools to analyze outputs and assess quality and limitations.
• Attend occasional meetings and travel as required.
