PPG Industries, Inc. seeks high-potential graduates for its Financial Leadership Development (FLD) Program, a premier rotation designed to grow future finance leaders through hands-on experience, training, and mentorship.

In year one you participate in onboarding and development, then rotate across finance functions for roughly 24 months, gaining increasing responsibility and cross-functional exposure. This program launches your career with diverse experiences and leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• GPA of 3.3 or above.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs including labor, materials, utilities, and efficiencies.
• Support product costing and profitability analysis with standard cost updates.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial analyses.
• Participate in inventory counts and related reconciliations.
• Develop short- and long-term financial forecasts.
• Evaluate CapEx opportunities and business cases.
• Analyze customer and product profitability for decision support.
• Present financial reports and ad hoc insights.
• Build expertise in SAP, Oracle, and Anaplan.
