Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant, Wound Closure for the North West territory of the Netherlands. This field role covers multiple locations and offers the chance to deliver surgical technologies to surgeons and healthcare professionals worldwide, driving growth in a dynamic biosurgery team.

Your responsibilities include selling products, delivering training in theaters and training rooms, tailoring content for stakeholders, building relationships, and providing guidance on product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Driven by results, excellence, and a passion for business accomplishments.
• Integrity, adaptability, and stress resistance.
• Native speaking Dutch and fluent in English both written and speaking is required.
• Possession of a valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel as required.
• Knowledge of the current healthcare market landscape preferred.
• Prior commercial work experience or experience in a hospital setting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative products to existing and new customers to grow the business on the territory
• Deliver product training to customers in diverse settings, including theatres, training rooms, and online platforms.
• Tailor training content to effectively engage and meet the specific needs of different stakeholders.
• Customer-centric approach, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships to deliver sustained value and support to our customers
• Offering specialized guidance and expert advice on the optimal use of our products in various surgical procedures
• Generating sales analyses and proactively adapt plans to enhance overall sales performance
