Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Wound Closure & Healing Inside & Virtual Sales Specialist to expand our UK Surgery Wound Closure portfolio. This role blends inside and virtual sales to generate leads, manage backorders, and support trials with 70% Inside Sales and 30% Virtual Sales Support.

You will work remotely, develop account plans, engage NHS and private sector customers, and partner with field teams to drive growth across surgical specialties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the MedTech environment.
• Experience in medical device sales, preferably within Wound Closure.
• Experience selling virtually.
• Experience using CRM software to take customers through the end-to-end journey.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
• Influencing and business partnering skills.
• Willingness to attend training meetings and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and nurture relationships to support trials.
• Identify and qualify leads across defined geography.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, contacts, and activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create lead-generation campaigns.
• Achieve sales targets as per the annual performance cycle.
• Work remotely across surgical specialties with key customers and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with NHS and private sector partners across the UK.
• Develop business plans for your customer base and upgrade opportunities.
