Job summary

Impact Housing seeks a Warranty and Quality Manager to lead the field response team across warranty requests, construction defects, and yard issues. You will coordinate the On-Site Coordinator and field crew, manage documentation, and ensure quality, safety, and cost controls across multiple projects in Southern California.

The role requires 5–7+ years in construction or warranty management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction quality, warranty, punch-list, deficiency, and corrective-action processes.
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, vendors, property management, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to develop SOPs and tracking/reporting processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own all administrative work for the field response team and closeout records.
• Verify field data accuracy and report on costs, warranty exposure, and risks.
• Travel regularly between facilities, properties, and project sites as needed.
