Job summary

Impact Housing seeks a Warranty and Quality Manager to oversee a field response team coordinating warranty requests, construction defects, and yard issues across San Diego and Winchester yards. You will own administration, assess issues, and drive corrective actions with Asset Management, iConstruct, and iManufacture.

Applicants should have 5–7+ years in construction, warranty, or related fields with strong PM, QA, and cost-tracking skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in construction, warranty management, or related field.
• Experience supervising field crews or foremen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for warranty, defects, and yard issues.
• Schedule and lead field crews across projects and storage yard.
• Maintain SOPs, closeout records, and reporting to senior management.
• Track costs and prepare invoices/back-charges across units and vendors.
