Flatiron Development & Custom Homes is seeking a Field Warranty Manager to elevate the homeowner experience during the warranty period and beyond. You will serve as the primary contact for homeowners after closing, manage warranty service requests, and conduct scheduled warranty visits.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and a proactive problem-solver who can coordinate with trades, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and educate homeowners on home

Qualifications

• Residential construction, warranty, customer service experience preferred.
• Custom or luxury homebuilding experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build strong, professional relationships with homeowners and buyers during the warranty process.
• Assist with homeowner education during construction and educate on home systems, maintenance, and warranty responsibilities after closing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowner communication after closing.
• Receive, document, coordinate, and follow through on warranty and service requests.
• Conduct and document approximately 3-month and 10-month warranty visits.
• Explain warranty coverage determinations and next steps clearly.
• Coordinate with trade partners, manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve homeowner concerns.
• Maintain thorough documentation of service requests, communications, site visits, photographs, warranty decisions, and resolutions.
• Proactively communicate updates and ensure outstanding items are completed.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve homeowner education, warranty processes, and customer experience.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the homeowner experience.
