• Evaluate warranty claims and coordinate with departments to ensure proper reimbursement and repair actions.
• Coordinate service activities and deploy field resources to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain records of support activities and warranty communications.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support field service and issue resolution.
