Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance by phone to onsite field technicians and end users of AAON controls.
• Assist in testing and troubleshooting AAON digital controls.
• Perform job site startup and troubleshooting with field personnel.
• Assess need for escalation to Mechanical/Engineering and Controls Engineering teams.
• Handle administrative duties related to controls support.
• Use Test Bench to aid field technicians with hardware I/O, SOO, and applications.
• Be available for afterhours field support as needed; flexible to business needs.
