Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Experienced Technician to install and support video applications at client sites, including Azure cloud, Linux, or Windows environments. You will develop efficient solutions and evaluate system specs to meet business needs.

You will travel up to 75% within the Eastern and Southeast Regions, install camera hardware, and train end users on end-to-end video system usage. A valid driver’s license and CJIS background clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Field Service experience preferred.
• Must have CompTIA Certifications for this role.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and support Video applications at client site (Azure cloud, Linux, or Windows).
• Develop and implement efficient, cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluate system specifications for business requirements.
• Prioritize business goals and information needs with management.
• Install In-Car Police Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on end-to-end usage of the video system.
