Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Field Service professional to install and support video applications at customer sites, including Azure cloud, Linux, and Windows environments. You will develop cost-effective solutions, evaluate system specs, and align with management on priorities.

The role requires installing in-car police video and body-worn camera hardware, plus training end users to operate the end-to-end video system, with extensive travel across the Eastern and Southeast regions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in one of the listed areas.
• Must have CompTIA Certifications for this role.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and support Video applications at client site (Azure cloud, Linux, or Windows).
• Develops and implements efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluates system specifications for business requirements.
• Prioritize business goals with management.
• Install In-Car Police Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on end-to-end video system functionality.
