Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and support video applications at client sites, including Azure, Linux, and Windows environments. Travel may reach 75% across the Eastern and Southeast regions, with background checks per CJIS policy.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma (or higher) or 3+ years in related fields, CompTIA certifications, and the ability to obtain required government clearances.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Must be able to obtain required background clearance for government customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and support Video applications at client sites (Azure/Linux/Windows).
• Develops efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluates system specifications for business requirements.
• Travels up to 75% within the Eastern and Southeast Regions.
• Train end users on video system functionality.
