Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a field service professional to install and support video applications at client sites, including Azure, Linux, and Windows environments. You will develop efficient solutions, evaluate system requirements, and train end users on end-to-end video systems.

The role requires 3+ years in field service, 3+ years of relevant tech experience, and travel up to 75% in the Eastern and Southeast Regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Field Service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel up to 75% within Eastern and Southeast Regions.
• Ability to install and implement processes.

Responsibilities

• Install and support video applications at client sites (Azure/Linux/Windows).
• Develop cost-effective solutions and evaluate system specs.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize goals and information needs.
• Install In-Car Police Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on end-to-end video system usage.
