Job summary

Motorola Solutions is looking for an experienced FVIA Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of Fixed Video products and services. You will coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and cross-functional teams to manage milestones, budgets, and timelines, ensuring revenue and cost targets are met.

The role requires 5+ years in project or product management, strong communication skills, PMP certification, and willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S. and internationally.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of Fixed Video products and services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded Fixed Video products.
• Create, manage, and receive purchase orders.
• Track project performance and forecast FVIA revenue/costs.
• Lead project reviews and communicate status to stakeholders.
