Job summary

Antech Diagnostics, a Mars Science & Diagnostics unit, seeks a Diagnostic Sales Manager to drive growth across Arkansas and much of Louisiana. You will promote Reference Lab services, In-house Diagnostics, Telemedicine, and Imaging systems while mentoring colleagues and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years of field sales and veterinary diagnostics knowledge. Expect a base pay range of $75,000–$93,500 per year with monthly/quarterly commissions and a company

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred and 3+ years of field sales experience.
• Experience in veterinary diagnostics is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team skills with consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Create territory plans and conduct 85%+ in-person visits to vet practices.
• Grow Diagnostic revenue through Reference Lab, IHD, and imaging offerings.
• Close business contracts, renewals, and develop sales strategies.
• Deliver product education and services to staff and veterinarians.
• Build relationships with referral sources and cross-functional teams.
