Job summary

Antech is seeking a Diagnostic Sales Manager to cover Arkansas and much of Louisiana, driving growth in Reference Lab services, In-house Diagnostics, Telemedicine, and Imaging systems. You will act as a trusted advisor, mentor peers, and close new business while supporting renewals and complex customer issues.

The role requires 3+ years of field sales experience, veterinary diagnostics know-how, and the ability to travel 85% within the territory; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Animal Health, Biological Sciences, Lab Sciences or Business-related field.
• 3+ years of successful field sales experience; Veterinary Diagnostics preferred.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, pre-call planning and closing deals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Create/implement territory coverage plans; conduct 85%+ in-person sales calls to animal hospitals and veterinarians.
• Increase Diagnostic revenue growth for Reference Lab, imaging, and In-house Diagnostics through new accounts and upgrades.
• Close contracts independently and drive achievement of sales goals.
• Develop quarterly sales plans in line with the sales compensation plan.
