Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus related experience or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts with varying complexity, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries about vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments to ensure proper movement of client inventory.
