Job summary

Skydio is seeking a Technical Support specialist to join a small team of subject matter experts. You will advise on UAS system and Cloud operations, diagnose complex integration issues, and support private Cloud configurations for government and education customers. The role combines enterprise network operations with hands-on diagnostics.

You will work remotely across the United States with occasional on-site visits. Strong Linux/CLI scripting and REST integration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of configuring, troubleshooting and supporting enterprise-level Cloud infrastructure including cellular/wireless/ethernet networks, platform services, and REST integration.
• Experience with public safety information systems and mission-critical interfaces is a plus.
• Willingness to occasionally work after-hours and weekends on rotation or as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes of flight-related data flow and communication issues and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Own post-deployment private Cloud configuration and troubleshooting for high-privacy entities.
• Assist with triage to accelerate Cloud–Cloud integration, desktop performance, and data flow issue resolution.
• Collaborate with training/content teams to improve customer self-help resources.
• Develop triage and resolution techniques to reduce escalations to engineering.
