You will represent MBP on sites, verify conformance with specifications and codes, and coordinate with agencies, contractors, and MBP teams to address discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience in construction.
• Mathematics including algebra, geometry, trigonometry for field calculations.
• Construction‑related training and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools.
• Experience with MBP systems (OnTrack) or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as MBP representative on active sites, verify conformance to specs and codes.
• Coordinate with agency personnel, contractors and MBP team members to address discrepancies.
• Document project activities and field issues affecting schedule, budget, and compliance.
• Review payment applications with guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain project records, diaries, photos, and inspection reports.
• Perform final inspections and prepare punchlists.
• Inspect grading, paving, and other project types as assigned.
• Prepare and check monthly project estimates and reports.
