Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers convert to our software and provide training throughout the process. You will travel extensively to install and customize software for dealerships and train key personnel on system usage.

Training lasts 2-3 months with mentorship and classroom instruction, followed by ongoing support from a home office when not visiting customers. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 80% to install and convert software for customers, meeting with dealership management to understand needs.
• Customize the system and train dealership personnel on usage of the solution.
• Support current customers from home office when not at customer sites, and conduct follow-ups.
• Prepare for future trips and participate in ongoing customer training and support.
