El Pollo Loco, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Training to lead the field-based training function across company and franchise operations.

You will coach and develop Field Training Managers and Restaurant Opening Leaders, set expectations, and build bench strength while ensuring training is executed consistently and with impact. You will own the Certified Training Restaurant and General Manager programs, drive new-restaurant openings, partner with Operations, Training, HR, and

Qualifications

• Progressive restaurant operations and field training experience required.
• Experience leading and developing leaders across multiple restaurants or markets.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading a field-based team.
• Demonstrated experience with restaurant management training, Certified Training Restaurant programs, new restaurant openings, franchise training.
• Strong restaurant operations background with credibility to coach leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Field Training Team across markets and openings.
• Own field training programs, certifications, audits, and continuous improvements.
• Oversee new restaurant openings and franchise training execution.
• Drive company program rollouts and field execution.
