McDonald’s is seeking a Field Training Manager to drive restaurant excellence across our Oklahoma network. This field-based leadership role involves hands-on coaching of General Managers, Assistant Managers, and crew, with travel between restaurants to ensure company standards and guest experiences remain top-tier.

You will conduct training and development at multiple locations, monitor performance, and support rollout of new menu items and initiatives, while building a pipeline of future

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in fast-food, quick-service, or fast-casual operations.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop restaurant employees and managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire, cross-training, leadership, and operational training in restaurants.
• Coach restaurant leadership teams on staffing, scheduling, labor management, food quality, service, and restaurant execution.
• Ensure restaurants follow operating procedures, food-safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular field visits to observe operations and provide coaching.
• Assist with rollout of new menu items, equipment, technology, procedures, promotions, and company initiatives.
• Develop high-potential employees and managers for career advancement.
• Monitor training completion and maintain accurate training records.
• Travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
