Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Field Training Manager to develop people, strengthen operational execution, and ensure teams deliver an exceptional guest experience across restaurants in the region.

This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role requiring travel between restaurants to train General Managers, shift leaders, and crew while upholding company standards and delivering consistent results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in fast-food, quick-service, or fast-casual operations.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop restaurant employees and managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and spending significant time in restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire, cross-training, leadership, and operational training in restaurants.
• Coach restaurant leadership teams on staffing, scheduling, labor management, food quality, service, and restaurant execution.
• Ensure restaurants follow company operating procedures, food-safety standards, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular field visits to observe operations, identify gaps, and coach teams.
• Assist with rollout of new menu items, equipment, technology, procedures, promotions, and company initiatives.
• Develop high-potential employees and managers for career advancement.
• Monitor training completion and maintain training records.
• Travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
