Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed; Location: in-person, B2B and individual sales.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license (reimbursement provided).
• Experience in field sales and training is beneficial.
• Proven ability to build trust with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Build and manage a personal book of business.
• Mentor and train new team members, providing guidance and clear direction.
• Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure consistent service.
• Collaborate with management to set goals, track progress, and support team performance.
