In-person, B2B and individual sales, with weekly draw pay, commissions, and bonuses; licensing for Health & Life is provided or reimbursed as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life insurance or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
• Experience in field sales and client relationship building.
• Ability to train and mentor team members while following structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Build and manage a personal book of business.
• Mentor and train new team members, providing guidance and clear direction.
• Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure consistent service.
• Collaborate with management to set goals, track progress, and support team performance.
