Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Field Trainer & Sales Representative to guide clients through insurance solutions and to mentor and train team members. This in-person role emphasizes structured processes and reliability in serving both businesses and individuals.

You will build a personal book of business, present to groups and individuals, and collaborate with management to set goals and drive performance. An independent contractor arrangement includes draw pay, commissions, and bonuses.

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license (reimbursement provided)

Responsibilities
